Family Mediation

A Collaborative Path Forward

Family Mediation is a voluntary and confidential process that helps parents resolve disputes and make important decisions—without going to court. Whether you're navigating separation, divorce, or ongoing co-parenting challenges, mediation provides a safe, structured space to work through conflict with the support of a neutral professional.

As your mediator, I help facilitate respectful dialogue so both parents can express concerns, explore options, and reach mutually acceptable agreements that prioritize your child’s well-being. Mediation is not about assigning blame—it’s about building solutions.

What We Can Address in Mediation:

Parenting plans and visitation schedules

Custody arrangements and shared responsibilities

Co-parent communication and boundaries

Transitions between households

Other family-specific agreements

Why Choose Mediation?

Reduce stress and conflict through guided, productive conversation

Save time and money compared to traditional legal routes

Maintain control over decisions that affect your family’s future

Create agreements that reflect your family's unique needs

Focus on your children’s best interests at every step

Parenting Coordination

Court-Ordered Support for High-Conflict Co-Parenting

Parenting Coordination is a court-ordered, child-focused process designed to assist high-conflict co-parents in carrying out their parenting plan more effectively. When parents are unable to resolve ongoing disputes on their own, the court may appoint a Parenting Coordinator to help reduce conflict, improve communication, and make day-to-day co-parenting more manageable.

As a neutral third party, I work with both parents to help interpret, implement, and clarify the parenting agreement—always with the child’s best interest at the center. Parenting Coordination helps families stay out of court by addressing common co-parenting challenges in real time.

Parenting Coordination Can Help With:

Clarifying and following the parenting plan

Managing transitions, scheduling, and communication

Addressing school, healthcare, travel, and activity-related decisions

Reducing emotional reactivity and power struggles

Creating a more stable environment for children

Why the Court May Order Parenting Coordination:

Some families face persistent co-parenting conflict that impacts their children’s well-being and clogs the legal system with repeated filings. Parenting Coordination offers a structured, consistent process that helps resolve issues as they arise, without requiring court intervention each time.

Service Details:

Rate: $220 per hour

Session Length: Typically 1 to 2 hours

Format: In-person or virtual sessions available (based on court allowance and participant needs)

Appointment Required by Court Order

If Parenting Coordination has been ordered in your case, I’m here to help you meet those requirements with compassion, neutrality, and professionalism.
